13th July 07 - Day at King's Dominion


it's weird how after working at the theme park for near 2 months, when the guests ask u if u've been on certain rides, you reply a big flat 'no' to their faces... haha...

so we decided to take a day off to play in the park!!! not alot of photos, coz we've seen all these for the past 2 months alr, so doesnt feel like there's anything special abt them to be taken down in photos...




Rebel Yell is a a rollercoaster that moves forward, and another rollercoaster that moves backwards... of coz we took the backwards onez... i love this!!! it's supa comfortable... but other than that, no thrill factor at all...




Ricochet is more of like a kiddy ride, that juz goes round and round on this really cute little green car... there isnt even much of any sudden drops...



Hurler is the WORST roller coaster i've ever taken. it's not scary, not fun, and definitely NOT NOT NOT comfortable AT ALL!!!!!! it totally hurts ur head and ur neck, and it's a torture to be on. prob coz it's a wooden roller coaster and one of the oldest rides at the themepark.




Hypersonic is one of the main attractions at the themepark. it's the fastest rollercoaster, and it goes vertically up and den shoots vertically down again. woooohoooooooooooo. scary shit.



Dropzone is exactly what you see it. tok abt free fall (not exactly, but near)... i hate this kind of ride, hate is the word, nothing less. the last time i went onto something similar to this, i was so scared i couldnt scream at all. -_-'''




Italian Job is the newest roller coaster at the themepark... it's basically juz a few cars that go round and round, with special effects like a hugeass helicopter at the top of the tracks.



Anaconda!!! is where i work!!!! yaaaaaysss!!! haha... it's actually not as scary as it looks. the only thing abt it is, it's real high up. but tat's all... it doesnt go very fast, so u'll actually get bored on the ride.




Scrambler is where i work tooo!!! but it's like a little kiddy ride, so we didnt take it... it's juz this alien-looking machine that goes round and round and round and round and round, on the ground. supa boring. hahaha...




Flight of Fear is the best ride at the themepark. it's an indoors rollercoaster that goes around in the dark. possibly the most interesting ride i've taken so far... and i love it!!!!! and the best part, it shoots out, so u dun even haf time to react.



Volcano is the signature ride here. it's my all-time favourite!!! i could have taken it many many many times if i haf the time... it's really fun... u get this supa shiok feeling out of taking the ride... haha...

tat by far sums up some of the rides there. of coz we took much more rides than this, like Shockwave where Les works at, and Avalanche where Ching works at... having too much fun, you'll forget abt taking photos lar... hee...
