the few days after Boxing Day was spent accompanying my cousin around singapore. my cousin and family had migrated to australia a few years back and she made a point to come back singapore every dec hols which i think is really nice.

becoz the sun in australia is apparently too strong to be constantly lying under it and tanning, my cousin desperately wan a tan... so i tot, why not? let's all go sentosa... hee...




if there's a lesson i've learnt, it's never go sentosa on a sunday! that's the worst day ever, it's not only filled with bangla workers going there to get an eye feast, but oso feel with all possible teenaged delinquents in singapore.

there were this grp of 15yr olds (or possibly even 13yr olds) sitting near us tokin in loud ah-bengish voices and smoking! yes, smoking! tat is so not cool okay, wat stoopid teens.






the sun tat day was damn hot, which i didnt think was a good idea coz my sis and cousin are only 15, forced them to put some sunblock on...




went to cafe del mar after tat... coz my cousin desperately wanted to go into the waters... but the drinks there are ex manz... ordered 3 glasses of non-alchoholic drinks and spend like $18 on them... -_-'''




according to my cousin, the australians will be damn envious of my skin colour! wahahha... tat's nice =)
apparently according to her, no matter how much they tan, they always lose it the next day after.






cafe del mar's pool is always filled with expats and caucasians and their children!!!! the angmoh babies are damn freaking cute lar!!!!! and it's amazing how these 30plus or even 40plus parents still continue strutting around in their bikinis... tat's wat i call young at heart =)




he is so chubby and so plump and sooooooooo cute!!!! when he wants to pee, he'll actually clumber out of the pool to the drains alongside the pool and squat there! he's 15months old only ok!

15months old babies would normally juz pee in the pool without knowing it... sooo cute!

we met up with our aunt and went shopping aft tat...

my aunt bought like 2 pieces of clothing for each of us... i bought an M)phosis leggings and an Hula&Co evening dress!!! she's so nice, i think she spent alot on us!

went Kenny Rogers for dinner after tat... i miss their cheese macaroni!!!! tat's possibly their best side ever!




den i saw this pair of pumps!!!! tat looked like an imitation of Burberrys!!! but who cares abt the brand, it's juz really nice! and it costs $15.90!!!!!!!!!!!!!!




it was more fun den i tot going out with my cousin and sis... coz both of them are only 15 so i tot i'll be damn bored... but surprisingly we tok and chatted abt some really mature stuff... me and my cousin exchanged our australia and USA experiences with each other...

i noe of alot of sporeans who are considering migrating to australia... i personally have not been to aust before but the idea is definitely entertaining and worth consideration. but wat my cousin told us, juz made me think twice.

nope, she did not badmouth the cty neither is there any nauseating facts abt the cty. it's juz wat she said abt really missing spore and how every dec she juz haf to come back to this cty, coz staying in aust for 365 days will juz kill her. there's no internet there for her coz it's damn ex.

downloading 2Gb of stuff will cost u AUD90... tat's how much it is. and there's no unlimited wireless plans there. it's too dangerous to go out aft 6pm even if u haf a car and u're an adult. she stay in Perth and basically there's nothing to do or see within 2hrs drive of her house.

yea, i noe ppl will say "aiya go buy a hse tat's in the city larrrrrrrrrr". but sadly no, if u migrate there, tat's the kind of living environment u'll get. u're not allowed to migrate to Melbourne unless u've alr applied and gotten a job tat's in really high demand in Melbourne. even den, there'll be other restrictions.

soooo. mebbe spore is still the best. i noe i'm a very city girl. i love trekking and i love camping and i love roughing out and i'll love to stay in a farm or in the countryside juz planting and riding horses all day. but only for a short period of time. like during hols. so tat's possibly another cty striked off my list of possible ctys to live in. =)


i recently received more christmas gifts!!!! 2 of the best this yr! fr my sis and lester... =)




tat's all handmade by her during one of the nites when i was off to a xmas party. according to her, she stayed up till 2am doing tat so tat she can place it on my table and i'll be surprised when i come home the next day... haha... yes, i am so grateful and touched =)

she's unbelievably artistic. u shd haf seen some of her drawings. made me wonder how come i didnt inherit tat gene hahaha... anyway see tat bear holding a balloon, tat's a photo of me and her! nice huh?!??!?! =)

and a really nice christmas gift fr the boy!




i visited the shop, it looked really expensive!!! i've commented a few times tat i wanted an anklet but didnt really think he heard or noticed coz it was more like a passing comment.

it's really nice when u realise someone actually listened and noted mentally everythin u say quietly and den juz spring a surprise on you liddat.

i love the anklet to bits, not only becoz of tat, but oso coz i noe he's damn broke and to him it muz be kinda expensive...

met up with Ken and gang (ie siyong, fanny, yew lee, lester) at Vivocity Marche on Boxing Day.

saw the much-talked-about humongous christmas tree on the rooftop of VivoCity... it is all glittery and nice and christmasy! i love it!

somehow there's this innate nature in me to be really attracted to lights and bright stuff haha...




we bought a few plates of different stuff and shared them... tat's the best thing abt Marche and V'ilage i think... it's like a buffet juz tat u cant take as much as u want... haha... Rosti is always a must!!!! and their waffles/crepes always heavenly to me...




and thanks Ken!!!! for treating all of us! tho i think u're too busy with ur banking stuff to read my blog hahahah... we'll meet up again sooooon!!!!

i was all dressed up and made up coz me and my sec sch classmates are going Zouk!!!!!! yaaaaysssss!!! it is aft all one of the last Wednesday nights before sch reopen... =)

lotsa crazy photos tat follow... this grp of frens are one of the craziest and most hyperactive i've had... they're constantly on the go and constantly organising outings! my facebook inbox are bombarded with information abt outings and gatherings... haaz...

when we were still all sane and sober... at an early hour of 10plus pm...




and den the lights dim and more ppl came in and it was nearing midnight and we had a few drinks and a few games and a few forfeits...




and den it was midnight and we had more drinks and more games and more forfeits and ppl start to go abit crazy...




den we officially downed 8 jugs of different kinds of alcohol, namely there was long island tea, vodka, burben coke, malibu, gin tonic and watnots... i cant rem!!!! long island tea and gin tonic are the worst! they're so sucky it makes me wanna puke even sipping it, much less DOWNING it... -_-'''

it's actually the first time i'm drinking gin tonic. and conclusion? i cant drink gin tonic! i think it makes my puke and shit black in colour. i tot i was going to die.

den when we decide we're not sober enuff anymore, we proceeded to squeezing with the ppl in Mambo. Wednesday crowd is always the craziest. it has the most number of shouting screaming ppl, of drunk ppl swaying and giving u the "i'm gonna puke anytime NOW", of ppl spilling and pouring alcohol on ur feet, of ppl wearing pointed high heels!

i hate the high heels most! i dun wear high heels to club coz i'm afraid i'll juz trip and fall when i'm not so sober, plus it'll possibly break my ankles if i try to dance in them, plus i dun wanna step on others feet with the high heels and possibly break their toes.

apparently other girls dun think the same way as me. tsk tsk, so inconsiderate. some woman dance and dance and stomped her 3-inched (or mebbe 4-inched! i dunno!) high heels into one of my toes... i swear! i think i saw stars. f***!




Mambo music was kinda sucky at the start but we were too high to notice... when i soberise abit more, i couldnt dance to it anymore so me and some frens migrated to Phuture where the music ROCKS MY SOCKS!!!!! they played umbrella and its likes and it was so nice! and plus! u actually have space to dance in Phuture.

den we migrated back to Mambo again coz one of my frens couldnt enter Phuture. and Mambo songs aft 2am was damn eff-ing good!!!!!!!!!

we got on the platform and danced which was superb... it's like suddenly u're so high up and u can finally BREATHE and MOVE AROUND without being stomped on by high heels (yes, i'm still anal abt tat!)

tat nite was good! all in all... we stayed till near closing of Zouk haha... tat will 10pm all the way till 4am. 6 hrs of bloody good drinking and dancing. i think i lost 2 kg fr all the dancing and jumping and being squashed up like sardines in tat crowd... haha...

next outing will possibly be sunday, cable skiiing in Batam!!!! yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


and tat marks my near 12 days of christmas, including new yr's eve!!!
