Saturday was spent holing up in Les's room coz stoopid rain spoilt our plans of jogging to West Coast Park and playing the playground there... -_-'''

thank goodness the whole Spore suddenly decide to bbq on tat day and booked ALL the bbq pits in West Coast Park and East Coast Park, such that there was no bbq pit left for us. so ya, thank goodness. bbq-ing under torrential rain isnt exactly my idea of a nice Saturday night haha...

Sat night saw us meeting up with Rolex peeps to celebrate Wilson's 25th Birthday!!!!!!! Sakura was splendid... the food was better den the last time, and fresher too... i love their bbq-ed squid and prawns!!!!! YUMSSS!!!




it was supposed to be a surprise.
but according to him, he expected it. BISH!!!!
so sad, our bdae surprises for each other in the grp never worked... haha... oh well, it's the tot tat counts... =)

dinner was great. for once in my whole entire life, i didnt overeat at a buffet... hee... i think coz i was busy talking and complaining abt a certain someone haaz... we were gossiping lar anyway... =)

did i mention the dessert at Sakura is sooooooo wonderfully splendid?!?!?!?!
their cheesecakes are soooo nice!
and they actually haf the thai tapioca with coconut milk! and or-ni (yam paste)!!!! those are like my all-time fav desserts...
and their durian puffs!!!!!

toking abt durian puffs... that lester saw them on the plate and thinking they're cream puffs, promptly pop one of them into his mouth, shortly aft which his left hand shoot to his glass of water, and his right hand shoot towards me with tat half-eaten DURIAN puff.
shd haf seen the look on his face, i couldnt stop laughing... i think i'm qt an evil gf hahahaha...
oh, he doesnt eat durians by the way. hee...




we were feeling kinda rich aft tat, by an ermmm sudden twist of events (inside joke haha), so we decided to go play pool!!!!!
me and les actually played the nite before, and it was so fun!!!! tho i sucked at it haha...

we had only 1 table and 6 ppl. wat ended up was 3 teams taking turns to play with each other... sooooo freaking fun can!!!!! coz the remaining ppl ended up photowhoring with my cam...

talking to me when i haf r/s woes, esp when me and les juz started out.
giving me advice regarding frens, schwork, CCAs, and finally my career paths too.
helping me to open the KR gate everytime i need you to do so (hee...).
Waiting for me every morn to go HR tut tgt even tho it'll cause u to be supa late too hahaha.

tat's a huge resolution that comes with alot of responsibilities and obligations and efforts to be put in. which is why i only dare to pen it down now, 1 month plus after the official countdown into 2008.

i wanna make sure it's achievable first before i officially make it my one and only resolution. and first step i did was to join YMCA! yaays!
it's a volunteer organisation that helps elderly, children, youth and the intellectually and physically disabled.

this might sound like crap but the main reason why i joined in the first place was becoz i was tryin to find meaning in life. with graduation and working life looming up ahead, life suddenly seemed meaningless becoz everyone's going thru these phases in life, it's like programmed into us, isnt it?

i juz wanted to do something different. and this is something that i always wanted to do, cept i was really busy last time. and now tat i finally took the initiative to join, "too busy" suddenly juz seemed more like an excuse rather den a reason. so i'm goin to make it a point to really take part in their activities in future.

and i love children! so yaaays!
tried to get some frens to join with me but to no avail coz alot of them said they're too busy with their schwork and FYP. oh wells, managed to get yongxiang to join with me tho!!!

and during the hols, i'm goin to pull les in with me too! yaaays! let's all do good tgt.

i dun pen down resolutions very often. in fact i haven made any resolutions since sec2 mebbe? so i'm taking this year's really seriously!

anyway those are really juz for me, juz in case i forget my resolution one day amidst all the work and stress, at least if i stumble back onto this entry, it might reiterate it into me again hee...
