i almost forgot how happy jogging always make me feel.

no wonder recently i've been feeling damn lethargic (all the time) and easily tired and easily irritable. and i blame it all on my menses... which by the way, are making my head throb so much sometimes i juz wanna bang it against the wall...

but aft joggin tonite, mebbe the tiredness and the irritability is more of lack of exercise.
as i've said before, i cant stand not exercising even for a week plus. and it has been 2 weeks alr.

the rolex ppl met up on sat nite, juz to have a small short gathering... and before tat, me ching and jun went for bodycombat at true yoga!!!! haf i mentioned i'm a member there? ya well i am, i signed up with cai =))

anyway the feeling of having muscle aches are damn shiok! make me feel damn fit, and more licensed to eat more during dinner! wahhaha...

it's like a steamboat cum teppanyaki buffet with readymade food too, such as fried food and sushi and sashimi!!!!!




the 3 guys were teppan-ing the meat (think chicken, pork, beef) and unagi (!!!) and crayfish (!!!!!!!!!!!!)...

the crayfish is damn nice okaaaayyyy...




we've 2 pots of chicken soup, seafood soup, and tomyum soup... superb lar!

as u can see, i'm missing fr both gangs, coz i'm sitting at one corner slacking and waiting for them to serve me wahahha...




i love that yellow top lar!!! it's supa bright and makes my skin color looks nice!!! wahhahaha... plus it only costs 5 freaking dollars!!!

me, wilson, chang and les went back to my hse to play overnite mahjong aft tat!!!! and of coz watching euros at the same time.

damn shiok! i haven played mahjong for the longest time ever! in my history of playing mahjong haha...


so packed i missed homecooked food =((

i noe there're alot of other frens waitin to ask me out (wahahhaha) so i sure hereby let all of you noe tat i'm FULLY BOOKED fr today till 28th june. nope, not a single day free.
